On April 27, 2026, our policing family suffered a heartbreaking loss with the passing of Brandon Malcolm — a dedicated officer, loyal friend, loving family member, and a true public servant who gave his life in the line of duty.

Behind every uniform is a person with dreams, loved ones, and a life devoted to helping others. Brandon was the kind of officer who showed up when people needed him most. He served with courage, compassion, and unwavering commitment to the community and to his brothers and sisters in blue.

Today, we come together as members of the Toronto policing community, along with friends, family, and supporters, to help ease the burden left by this tragic loss. Funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward supporting Brandon’s fiancée, Vashti — also a valued member of the Toronto Police family — during this incredibly difficult time, helping to cover immediate expenses and provide support as she navigates the days ahead.

No amount of money can replace a life, a laugh, a partner, or a friend. But together, we can stand behind the fiancée of a fallen hero and remind her that she is not facing this alone.
