My beautiful daughter Serenity got into a horrible car accident while in Daytona and is fighting for her life in the ICU after undergoing emergency surgery to repair a tear in her aorta. And just like Serenity the entire family is suffering from a broken heart. We can't predict what hurdles will come next but we need to be there with her to help her over each one. The list of major injuries she sustained is a big one and she has a long road ahead of her to make a full recovery, but she WILL overcome every obstacle in her path because she is just that special. I'm humbly asking for help to pay for the surgeries she's had that saved her life and whatever surgeries she may need in the future along with helping the family stay close to her so far out of town. The hospital only allows one person to stay there overnight in the room with her and we all want to be there but her amazing mother Brittany has taken time off work, been by her side the whole time, sleeping in a noisy hospital, in uncomfortable chairs and still refuses to let me give her a break; that which I applaud her for. The only thing bigger than the list of Serenity's injuries is the bills that are on their way as I type this. It makes me sick to my stomach but I may have to go away for an uncertain amount of years soon so I'm trying to do everything I can now to help Brittany and Serenity in whatever they may need in the future.
