Serenity Monea's Final Goodbye

I never thought in a million years I would be sitting here writing this about my precious granddaughter. Our hearts are broken. Baby Serenity Monea came into this world on December 30, 2024, thriving. She was such a sweet, precious angel, truly a gift sent from above. On Saturday, February 1st, our world was shattered. Baby Serenity was unresponsive and was rushed to the hospital. The wonderful, compassionate medical team at Boston Children's Hospital did everything they could to save her. Despite their best efforts, Serenity was tired and our beloved baby passed away on February 2nd. My daughter, Shacara, Serenity's mother, is absolutely devastated and heartbroken, as is our entire family. We are all struggling to cope with this unimaginable loss. During this incredibly difficult time, we are trying to make arrangements to give Baby Serenity the beautiful funeral she deserves, a celebration of her short but precious life, and a chance for us to say our final goodbyes. We are asking for donations and seeking support to help us cover the funeral costs. No parent should have to bury their child, and the financial burden of this unexpected tragedy is overwhelming.
