If you've met Seraphim (Richard) Rohlin, you quickly come to like and respect him. Even if you've only heard him teach, you can't help but admire his vast learning and eloquence. If you have the privilege of calling him your friend, then you are truly blessed by his humility and genuine, enthusiastic friendship.

Recently, I’ve seen him lead his family through some very challenging times. Their home sustained damage, leaving them living in limbo and relocating multiple times—even during Lent. Only days ago were they finally able to move back home, but unfortunately, some ongoing issues with the repairs and delays in replacing furniture remain. Throughout it all, I’ve witnessed the strain it caused him, yet also the humility and grace with which he led his family through these tough times.

On May 4th, Seraphim will be ordained into the Diaconate of the Holy Orthodox Church! Please join me in preparing a monetary gift to bless him and his family, which we will present to him on the day of his ordination.
