Let us tell you a little about our friend Jessica Serafini. She is a mom. She is a wife. She is a daughter and a sister. She is a teacher, and she is our dear friend. She is a strong, caring, intelligent, and beautiful woman who is facing the fight of her life at the young age of 34. 

Jessica was diagnosed with breast cancer on April 9, 2018, 5 days before her 34th birthday. After a whirlwind of a week, it was determined she will begin her chemo treatment April 18, 2018. Currently, the plan is for her to receive chemo treatments every 2 weeks for the next 4 months, and then surgery will follow with a possibility of radiation. 

Some of you may not know that Jessica tried to refuse the biopsy because the cost was extremely high. Thankfully, she was talked into the biopsy. And since then, the tests and procedures she has undergone have already amounted to several thousands of dollars. As she begins treatment, we know the medical bills are going to continue coming in...

The money raised here will help offset medical bills and other expenses that will accrue during her treatment. We are hoping this will allow Jessica and her family to focus on the fight and not the financial burden.
