In Loving Memory of Hagos Gebru Wossen

Our beloved, Hagos Gebru Wossen recently passed on Tuesday, May 10, 2022. Hagos was a wonderful Father, Brother, Uncle, Cousin and Friend who touched the lives of those around him. He leaves behind his loving wife, children, grandchildren, siblings, countless family members and friends.

Hagos dedicated his life to his cherished family, civic duties and fought for a just world. His caring, charismatic and humorous character brought light to those around him and abroad, which we’ll miss dearly. His interconnected nature impacted all of us in insurmountable ways.

We are all devastated by Hagos’s loss and were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. We want to give Hagos the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes.

We’re currently asking for support to help the family with funeral costs and any form of comfort you’d like to share with his family in this difficult time.

ሓውና ኣቶ ሓጎሰ ገብሩ ወሰን ኣብ ትግራይ ዕዳጋ ሓሙሰ ብ 01/01/1949 ኣቆፃፅራ ኣውሮፓ ካብ ኣብኡ ቐሺ ገብሩ ወሰን ካብ ኣዲኡ ወ/ሮ ሂበን በየነ ተወሊዱ። ኣቶ ሓጎስ ገብሩ ኣቦ ሰለስተ ቆልዑት ኾይኑ ብዝሓደሮ ሕማም 05/10/2022 ካብዚ ዓለም ብሞት ተፈልዩ። ኣቶ ሓጎስ ውፉይ ትግራዋይ ፈታዊ ዓዱን ነይሩ፤ ኽሳብዛ ዕለተ ሞቱ ኣብ ዝተፈላለዩ ህዝባዊ ዓውዲ ቃልሲ ህዝቢ ትግራይ እናተቃለሰ ብዝለዓለ ተወፋይነት ብፍላይ ድማ ኣብ ማሕበር ተጋሩ ሰሜን ኣሜሪካ ማተሰኣ ኣባል ብምዃን ግብኡ ዝፈፀመ ብፃይ ነይሩ። ማተሰኣ ብሞት ሓውና ብፃይና ኣቶ ሓጎስ ገብሩ ዝተሰመዖ መሪር ሓዘን ኽገልፅ ይፈቱ። ንመላእ ስድራ ቤቱ፡ ቤተሰቡን ፈተውቱን ፅንዓት ይምነ።
