I've been a Crohn's Disease fighter for ~ 22yrs, and have managed to beat my flare ups each and every time without serious aid, or surgical procedures.
However 2 months ago my Crohn's has flared inconsistent with previous experiences. The severity of the flare is worsening each day, and medication options are wearing thin. The medication options I do have available are incredibly expensive and require me to miss work to have them administered (outpatient infusion center).
1 week ago, I was admitted to Sutter Peninsula Mills Hospital for worsening symptoms. Numerous tests have been done to conclude that my Crohn's/Ulcerative tissue has allowed a serious bacterial infection to infiltrate my tissue, organs, etc. I have been out of work a total of ~ 2weeks without pay, and I need assistance covering my deductibles, co-pays, out of pockets, and any other medically associated bills.
