It’s that time of year again when I’ll be running the Mossley 10K on Sunday 19th July at 10.00am to raise money for the UK Sepsis Trust in memory of my late mum, Gail Lindsay.

This cause is very close to my heart, and every step I take is to help support the incredible work this charity does in raising awareness and providing support for those affected by Sepsis.

Any support or donation, big or small, will help this wonderful charity continue its vital work and make a difference to people and families facing this condition.
