Celebrating Sep’s Retirement – 35 Years of Quality

After 35 remarkable years with NAV CANADA, our friend and colleague Sep is officially hanging up his audit checklist and retiring! From his early days in Winnipeg, to braving the cold in Churchill, and finally settling in Ottawa, Sep’s career has been nothing short of Quality.

Many of us know Sep from the days of Technical Requirements, where his attention to detail was already second to none. He later became the go-to person in Quality Assurance, leading the charge as Manager of Technology Safety and Quality. Through it all, one thing has remained constant—Sep’s unwavering dedication to doing the right thing (even if it took a few extra meetings to get there!).

Persistent, respectful, and always driven by a quality-first mindset, Sep has made a lasting impact on our organization and on everyone lucky enough to work with him. Now it’s our turn to show our appreciation.

We’re collecting donations to help send Sep off in style—and maybe help fund his future quality inspections of his grand kid's ice rinks, long list of house chores from his wife Fariba, or wherever retirement takes him!
