Hi I’m the Auntie to Freddie & Theo who are now 10 months old Twins. It’s been a very hard start to both boys lives. Theo has been admitted to this ward several times and in Dec 2024 he unfortunately went into cardiac arrest and as a result is living with a brain injury. Freddie is a long term patient on the ward

living with a Trachie to keep him alive, he has also undergone a major heart surgery and more heart surgeries are needed. Freddie is unable to leave his cot as he is connected to his ventilator full time. It has been a very difficult time for there Mummy, Daddy and Family.

This ward has a lot of long term patients that are unable to leave their room or beds. We would like to raise much needed funds to provide the ward with sensory equipment and toys.

To help brighten up a poorly child’s day and help them to explore and to be able to provide stimulation using the sensory toys would mean so much to the children, parents/carers.
