Sensory Styles – A Barbershop Built for Everyone

Sensory Styles was inspired by my little brother. Growing up, I saw how overwhelming something as simple as a haircut could be for him—the noise, the lights, the environment. It wasn’t just uncomfortable, it was stressful. That stayed with me. As a barber and a parent, I now see so many others facing the same challenge—individuals with sensory sensitivities, autism, ADHD, or anxiety who struggle in traditional barbershops. That’s why I decided to create something different.

I currently attend events and provide free haircuts to those in need, and I’ve seen firsthand the difference a supportive environment can make. Sensory Styles will be a calming, inclusive barbershop designed with quieter tools, private suites, and an environment where clients feel safe, respected, and understood. Donations will help us build this space, provide proper training, create supportive materials for families, and launch a nonprofit initiative to offer free and low-cost haircuts to those in need.
