Senseless act of Brutality

This is a very sad story about hatred among our society and a young man who, those who know him, absolutely adore him.  He has helped change the lives of so many. He devotes countless hours to help men and women meet there fitness goals and he is always there to lend an ear and just listen even when it's got nothing to do with fitness.  A true gentleman and friend. He is without a doubt the most considerate, kind, thoughtful young man you'll have the privilege of knowing. He is always solicitous about the welfare of others while he selflessly goes out of his way to ensure those around him get everything, in his power, that they need to succeed.
On December 29 Terry was participating in an annual flag football game with friends for what they call the "Winter Bowl". They play the same team each year for a Turkey Bowl as well with the same team and players. Terry and his team have always won and their opponents bring new talent each year to try and beat them. On this day the opponents brought some new guys, and as with the prior years, Terry's team won again. 
At the end of what should have been a game of fun and sportsmanship, when the other guys lost, these new guys wanted to fight. Literally fight. Some illiterate halfwit started pushing and shoving then called out racial slurs and in no time a brawl ensued. Terry was sucker punched and hit from behind and now his jaw is broken in 2 places. He will undergo emergency surgery to repair the damage. He'll suffer a wired shut jaw for 3-5 weeks.
Terry is a fitness trainer at Hardcore Fitness in Santa Clarita. He is 28 years old and has an amazing daughter who is only 8 years old. His beautiful wife is pregnant and they are expecting their second blessing early in 2020.
The search for the attacker is underway and while Terry will be pursuing charges, the likelihood that this criminal is able to pay any monetary damages, is very slim. It is so sad to see how our society has reverted to the disgusting putrid behaviors as back in the 1950s. What is wrong with people these days, a question we all ask far to frequently anymore. Please help us to help Terry during what is sure to be the most difficult time of this young man's life. Any help is greatly appreciated.
