Senior Wish of 2025

In the Bronx, a group of bright-eyed 8th graders sat huddled together in their classroom. Just a year ago, when they were in 7th grade, they had read The Crucible, a powerful story that had stirred something deep within them. Their teacher, Mr. Alvarez, had brought the Salem Witch Trials to life with his passionate lessons, and by the end of the year, the students were captivated. They were fascinated by the history.

Now, as 8th graders, they had one collective dream: to visit Salem, Massachusetts, the very place where history unfolded. They wanted to walk the streets where the events of The Crucible had taken place, see the memorials, visit the witch museums, and connect with the past in a way they never could through a book. It wasn’t just a field trip—it was an opportunity to deepen their understanding and appreciation for history. So help the senior wish come true for this coming November
