Hi, my name is Gen!

I am fundraising for my senior thesis film called "Warp and Weft". This short film is about a young woman who is in the process of healing from a traumatic assault when she visits her older brother in Westchester, NY, with the hope of revealing that the assailant was his childhood friend.

This project is important to me because it is a reminder that healing from trauma is possible, especially when you find the courage to lean on those you love. My hope is that this film will be an uplifting force for those who watch it.

I would be so grateful if you could spare any donations to help us with production costs. We will be shooting in January in Westchester, NY, and we need help covering transportation, food, gas, and lodgings for our cast and crew.
