Senior Thesis Film: Just a Dream

Hello! My name is Kelly, and I'm a first-generation student attending CSU Monterey Bay and set to graduate in 2022. I'm currently fundraising for my senior thesis film, which will be a music video for my friend, Julia (stage name: Planttvibes). This will be a video for her song "Just a Dream" in her most recent album, Bedroom. The money will go towards food, lodging, commuting for the cast and crew, as well as any additional equipment costs.

My goal for this film is to make something about domesticity and yearning between people in long distance relationships, namely a lesbian relationship. I also want to explore love between women that isn’t tragic. Mainstream media tends to depict homosexual relationships as heartbreaking and that is not my goal with this.
