Hey Everyone! My name is Andre True, and I am a Cinematic Arts student at Liberty University. This is the official fundraiser for my Sci-Fi/Supernatural/Action/Adventure thesis film, Beyond the Oval. Production begins Fall 2025 and will be shown at the Liberty University Cinematic Arts Showcase in May 2026.

Beyond the Oval is about an old, fanatical inventor named Cliff, who is haunted by his past. He devotes his life to creating the mysterious anomaly called the “Oval” with the help of his apprentice, Robbie. However, as every mystery is solved, a dark truth is revealed.

Filmmaking is a passion of mine, and this production is intended to display my vision and expertise to the film industry. Although this film is a thesis project, it also serves as a proof-of-concept short film that I intend to submit to film festivals and pitch to studios, with the goal of eventually developing it into a feature-length film.
