Senior Pittie’s Cancerous Tumor Surgery

Hello! My name is Cherelle and I rescued my dog Chloe on July 17, 2011. You may know Chloe as the lovable senior pittie from that one Dodo video linked above!

This dog has been the center of my world for over a decade now. She has so much life in her, and she gives me life too. That’s why when I spotted a 3cm mass on her back left paw, I got her an appointment at the vet right away. Her vet confirmed that the mass was a mast cell tumor, and that it was indeed cancerous. Chloe had to endure pokes and pricks and uncomfortable x-rays, but fortunately, we found that the cancer had not yet spread, and that surgery was still a viable option. Her toe has to be amputated but hopefully she will be cancer free.

Chloe’s surgery was scheduled very quickly, so now I’m turning to you to ask for help with paying for the unexpected surgery and recovery bills. The vet-provided procedure estimate quotes $1500 for the surgery itself, and I’d like to raise $1500 more just in case the first surgery is unsuccessful in removing everything, and to cover any post-surgery expenses for her recovery.

Every penny will go toward making sure my angel is healthy, happy, and pain-free. If you’re able, I would greatly appreciate any donation you can make to Chloe’s recovery fund. Thank you so much for reading.
