In just a matter of moments, Sharon lost her home and everything inside it.

My name is Katie Heaven, and I started this fundraiser for my neighbour Sharon after a devastating house fire on Monday March 9th completely destroyed her home. Sharon is a senior who has now lost a lifetime of memories, belongings, and the place she called home.

Thankfully, Sharon and her two beautiful Yorkies Milly & Molly made it out safely, but she is now left trying to rebuild from nothing. Losing your home is unimaginable at any stage of life, but starting over as a senior brings even more challenges.

We are hoping to come together as a community to support Sharon during this incredibly difficult time. Donations will help with immediate essentials such as clothing, temporary housing, basic necessities, and caring for her two little companions while she begins the long road of rebuilding her life.
