Senior citizen with acute leukemia

Hi my name is Margaret and I am asking for help for myself. I am 70 years old and do not have any family I can ask for help. I was hospitalized December 21, 2022 at Roswell Park Cancer Center in Buffalo, NY for acute leukemia. I was discharged January 31, 2023. I still need to return to Roswell twice a week for outpatient treatment; this trip is about an hour one way. My 2012 Ford Focus needs a new tailpipe, muffler and catalytic converter to pass inspection. My only source of income is social security retirement. Also, my trailer insurance ($680 plus) will be due in April, and my car insurance ($400 plus) is also due then. I am on the wait list for a bone marrow transplant. After the transplant, I will need care 24/7 after my discharge for approximately 8 weeks; I have been told that my insurance will not cover this care. I would appreciate any financial help and your prayers.
