LAST YEAR we raised £4900 for 3 different villages in Senegal. This included basic foods like Rice, Bread, Oil, Sugar and more. Please see the pictures from last year on the link below:

This year we are lucky to have Abdullah Sy in Senegal and he will be personally distributing the goods himself.
Could you imagine someone dying of hunger because of Covid lock-down in the UK? Well this is a reality in 3rd world countries like Senegal. With the current lock-down people are struggling to get access to food and earn money.
I am raising money for families in Senegal that are suffering really bad with this lock-down which has severe effects on communities that are already struggling with food shortages and poverty.
I have been working with Abdoul Sy to deliver food packs which contain the following:
- Rice
- Bread
- Oil
- Vegetables
- Sugar
In some cases we are providing cooked food for people who are unable to cook the food.
I have sent some money in advance to get some food out in Ramadan and hoping people will donate.
The Prophet, upon him be peace, said: “Give charity without delay, for it stands in the way of calamity.” (Al-Tirmidhi)
