Send Julia to Camp GLP.

Dear Friends, Family and Friends of Friends,

Julia here - the passionate entrepreneur from the West Kootenay in British Columbia.  In April 2015, I put all my chips down to follow a calling that has taken me on a deeply personal and professional journey with Jonathan Field's, Good Life Project Immersion  (GLP).  GLP is a powerful accelerated learning and growth experience elevating your ability to express who you are, build a deeply-aligned vocation and contribute to the world in a powerful way. It's like an MBA fueled with soul.

This journey has provide me with the framework to take my business to a place where my personal and professional life can truly align and I can begin to show up in a bigger way and in greater service to the world. It's been about learning how to build a life and business where all my efforts and intentions become interlaced, connected and in harmony. 


Back in April, I knew the economic impact of this choice was going to have a major impact on my family's finances, but not taking the risk was simpy not an option. I've been following Jonathan for the past 5 years and when he offered me a place in his program, I knew it was not by chance that I'd been selected. 

To date, my journey has unquestionably provided me with all of the tools, connection, community and insight desired; however, to dive deep into restructuring my business while I learn along the way has affected my ability to create income. While we were prepared to endure the short term loss from my business, the unprecedented drought in our region has significantly impacted my partener Cordell's lawn care business, making our financial situation unstable.  

Thus my funding request.  This request is rather excruitating for me to make. Part of me feels selfish asking for assistance when there are many other important causes that could use money.  It's  also immensely difficult to be publicly vulnerable and ask for help.



My Good Life Project Immersion program wraps at the end of August with a final gathering just outside NYC. We'll begin with our group of 30 plus amazing global family of entrepreneurs for a small celebration/graduation.  We'll then take part in the Good Life Project's signature camp for adults, Camp GLP  which brings together creators, makers and world shakers with some of the top thought leaders in entrepreneurship and personal growth.

Hotel (2 nights) - $ 250 USD
Ground Transportation - $80 USD
Food & Incidentals - $400
Extra fees - $190

Total - $2110

It's too epic to not to at least try to get there.
