World Dwarf Games - Johanna

24 July update: Johanna and dad are schedule to leave in 11 days. As everyone can see from the total, we have raised little. They need to rent a car, because it is the cheapat option and the no ac car cant make it. The cost to rent the car is $700 (not including gas). We never reached our goal at any point, we have taken money out of savings because we see what this will give to Johanna. We don't have the money to cover this rental. I am begging anyone who sees this to donate just a few dollars if you can and to also share. Thank you

UPDATE: Thank you to all who have doanted to help Johanna get to the WDG. We need $733.62 this week to cover registration fees and a meal plan for both Johanna and dad. This is the cheaper option for the week but it needs to be paid in advance.

Meet Johanna, my daughter is 10 years old. She was born with dwarfism called Achondroplasia. She has short arms and legs but an average size torso.
She loves to do sports like archery, swimming, marksmanship, and track. Sometimes it is hard for her to participate with her peers, which is why there are the World Dwarf Games. They are every 4 years and this year they are in Ontario, Canada.
Please help Johanna achieve her dreams by competting in the Games. Johanna will be representing not only the United Sates but also the Bluegrass State. Her maine events will be swimming, track and field, marksmanship (air pistol), and archery. This will be her first time participating at this level.
