Sending Senior Chief, Mike Delp (Dad) back to sea

Dad's  wishes were for his family  to spread  his ashes in the the ocean, as Sr. Chief retired Navy.  He loved serving his country and we would like to follow out his wishes, with his family sending  him off .  Obviously,  we will have to wait to carry out his wishes, until  his beloved wife is well enough.  This is something we all NEED to do.  He served for 25 +years, retired Navy, Vietnam  Veteran. He deserves the best send off.  He requested no memorial, no funeral, only wish was to go back to the Pacific Ocean.  We would love to be able to send him off from Navy base in Virginia. Would be  great if we could orchestrate  a salute once we are able to let him go.   We appreciate  anything donated to help us get him there, when the time is right.  Rest easy Dad, loved by so, so many.  ♡
