Sending PARALYSIS and Levi to SF3 in Australia!
Donation protected
Many of you have been a part of the making of PARALYSIS from the beginning. PARALYSIS is a horror feature that I wrote during COVID lockdown. After months of rewrites we raised the funds to go into production and in July 2021 we shot the film on two iPhones!
Since then, PARALYSIS has been accepted into 12 film festivals, 8 of which have already taken place and we won our category in 4! This has been the most artistically fulfilling experience and the single greatest achievement of my life thus far.
We were recently thrilled to learn we have been accepted into SF3 (SmartFone Flick Fest) in Sydney, Australia. SF3 has a reputation as one of the biggest and most prestigious smartphone film festivals in the world. And we received a wonderful and personal email informing us of our acceptance to the festival as well as the news that PARALYSIS will be the ONLY feature to screen LIVE during the festival.
I need to raise $3,000 so that I can represent PARALYSIS at the festival. This money will be used for airfare, transportation to and from the festival, hotel/lodging, and meals. The importance of these festivals goes beyond just enjoying the film with an audience; there are networking opportunities, potential for distribution deals, and more brand awareness of our production company and our film.
Please consider contributing to send me to Australia so I can represent PARALYSIS in the best light and start building connections with fellow filmmakers that will carry my team and I further in my careers.
