Charlie has Leukemia. Charlie loves baseball. Charlie really loves baseball. His baseball team is playing in a once-in-a-lifetime tournament in July at the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY. My team is playing in the same tournament.
Charlie's dream is to play with his team but he cannot play in the tournament because his cancer treatments really wear him down but he really wants to attend the tournament and support his team in the dugout.
The tournament will not allow Charlie to sit in the dugout with his team without paying the full tournament fee. I am raising money to send Charlie and his family to Cooperstown to be part of his team.
Each day Charlie is fighting cancer and for his life. Let's help him realize his dream and let him focus on baseball for a while instead of cancer.
