Send Wedge Warriors to Cup Finals in Texas

The top 7 placed teams from The Cup would advance to the 2022 National Cup Championship to be held at the end of October at the Horseshoe Bay Resort just south of Austin, Texas.

Placing 7th in the competition, the High Desert Wedge Warriors will represent Reno from our

Northern Nevada Chapter at the National Championship!!!

I’m proud to say that I will be joining the other team players Donna Clark (Captain), Christi Allen, Geneva Martinkus, Gina Lijoi, Julie Osendorf, Aubrey Burns and Jeong Kendall. (Photo Two). And we need your help!

This is truly a Cinderella Story! In their rookie season and debut golf play together, the players never dreamed they would qualify in such a competitive field.

Strong community support is respectfully requested to help this ‘dream team’ achieve this lifetime opportunity. The cost to advance was much more than some team members could handle. However we are committed to rally together as a team and seek out contributions from our community for sponsorships.
