In the fall of 2022, a ragtag bunch of 9-year-olds from Bennington, Manchester, and Springfield, Vermont laced up their cleats and took the field as a team for the very first time. Since then, they've grown into real ballplayers—and even better teammates. They've learned how to hit fastballs, turn double plays, and as every baseball parent knows, how to get knocked down, dust yourself off, and get right back up.
Now, in their final year as 12-year-olds, we have one big dream: to take these kids to Cooperstown Dreams Park for a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
For those who don’t know, Cooperstown is like the baseball version of Disneyland—only with more dirt, more home runs (and strikeouts) and a lot more laundry (that doesn’t get done).
Our players have worked hard on and off the field. As every Vermont baseball player knows, that means playing and training in the snow, the rain, the heat, stick season and mud season. But this trip comes with a big price tag—registration, lodging, uniforms, travel & gear—and that’s where we are asking for your help.
Every donation goes directly toward getting these amazing kids to the tournament:
⚾ Travel & lodging
⚾ Tournament entry fees
⚾ Uniforms and gear
⚾ A lifetime of memories (and probably a few scraped knees)
Whether you give $5 or $500, we’re grateful for your support. If you can't donate, please consider sharing this page with someone who might.
Let’s send this group out with a bang—and a few home runs.
Thank you for believing in these kids.
Go Vermont!
