Send ValiantVish to Pokemon Go Worlds in London!

Hey Everyone! Its ValiantVish, Vish or Vishal Naidu, whatever floats your boat! I recently placed 2nd at the Melbourne Pokemon Go Regional Championships and I’m stoked about the result! I now have the opportunity to compete at the 2022 Pokemon World Championships in London from 18-21 August 2022.

I’ll be transparent with you. Unfortunately, none of the expenses are covered for 2nd place. Return tickets from Sydney to London are approx AUD 2,500. This is a significant amount of money to come up with in such short notice, let alone accommodation and expenses. I’ll be funding a large portion of the overall trip, but any support from the community would be most appreciated! AUD 2,000 would be super helpful, just to help cover the flights.

I would love to compete in the inaugural Pokemon Go World Championships. I believe this is a turning point for our community as we can finally showcase to the world how much potential this game has at an e-sport level. I would also love to show what Australia can do on the world stage, along with my 3 fellow Aussie competitors. Any support is invaluable to me, thank you in advance :)
