Hi, my name is Lesley Sluyter and I'm the speech & debate coach at the AMAZING Torrance High School in Torrance, California. I am raising money to take my AWESOME students to the California State Speech & Debate Championship in April.

These ASTOUNDING young people have worked hard all season long to qualify to for the state championship. It's truly an accomplishment to compete among the best of the best. The students who have qualified are in 9th-12th grades and will compete in Congressional Debate, Lincoln-Douglas Debate, Original Advocacy, Original Oratory, and Humorous Interpretation.

While this is such a joyous occasion, it's also an expensive one, as I'm sure you can imagine. Tournament fees, hotel accommodations, and gas cost a lot of money. Please consider helping these ASTONISHING students! Thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity.
