Hi everyone,

For those who do not know me, my name is Colin Silvers, and I've been coaching for the Blair Crew women's team since the fall of 2020, during the height of the pandemic. Over the 3 years that I've been involved with this program, I have seen tremendous growth in both the success of the team as well as in the individual athletes. We set program-best results at Stotesbury last spring, finishing 8th/56 and 9th/54 overall in the JV4+ and JV8+ respectively.

We are looking to build upon this budding tradition of success by sending a Women's Youth Eight to HOCR this year. Over the course of my almost 11 year involvement with the sport, I have yet to see a crew as determined and deserving of this regatta as them. They have stuck with the program through many highs and many lows, and they have my utmost respect for their dedication.

Your support will directly help to fund this regatta for the crew, including transportation, hotels, regatta entry fees, and boat trailering, among other smaller items.
