Hi everyone! My name is Eli Bloom, a longtime player, student and coach for URI Roller; I’m here advocating for this fundraiser for the betterment of this club, its students and its coaches. We need your help to get to Nationals in Fort meyers, Florida come April 2nd. It wouldn’t be for waste! URI Roller is Ranked #2 in the Nation for all of D3 in the NCRHA. We have dominated the regular season with a remarkable record of 14-1-1. We have a youthful, talented and creative player base, as well as a talented and passionate coaching staff, however, we receive no funding. We are self funded through fundraisers, the players and the coaches. We could use your help to help us pay for plane tickets and hotels to get to the national championships in Florida. It would mean a lot to not only me, one of the few who reinstated this club to URI 5 years ago, but the coaches you pour so much of their free time into this sport for the smiles and memories that it brings.
