Hi, friends, alumni, family, and fellow rugby enthusiasts!

UNC Charlotte Women’s Rugby has qualified for their first-ever Rugby 7s national tournament! This is our first year playing Spring 7s and being in a new conference. This year our hard work has paid off and we managed to place 2nd in our SARC Championships. Although we did not obtain a bid to Nationals by winning our Conference Championship, we were able to obtain an at-large bid to attend the CRC National 7s Division II Championship!

The NCR National Championships are being held in Boyds, Maryland from April 26-28, 2024 — which is just shy of two weeks away! As a sports club team, that is student-ran, any support would be extremely appreciated.

As you can imagine, participating in Nationals requires substantial financial resources to cover travel expenses, accommodation, registration fees, and other essential costs. Funds from this campaign will go directly to providing meals, transportation to and from the tournament, and hotel stays.
