Students for a Democratic Society is a student-led activist organization working to build a fighting student movement at UIC. We, along with Students for Justice in Palestine, are in need of funds for transportation and hotel rooms in order to attend the annual National SDS Convention, taking place at University of Minnesota, in which SDS chapters from around the country convene to exchange knowledge, learn from seasoned organizers, and participate in panels.
