We are UCSB Overwatch Gold, the official collegiate Overwatch team of UC Santa Barbara! Our team of 6 students regularly plays in tournaments, practices against other teams, and hangs out together in person. We've become close friends over the year, and are excited to travel to Texas this May!

By finishing top 4 in the NECC Project 1 tournament, we have qualified to play in the 2026 NECC Nationals, an in person LAN event from May 14th-17th in San Antonio, Texas. As a club team, we receive no funding from our school, and as students, we are unable to pay for our flights and hotels out of pocket. We are hoping to raise $2,000 to cover some of the costs to fly our team to San Antonio and back as well as pay for an airbnb to stay in during the event.
