Hello!!
My name is Tina Martin, and I have been accepted to Hillsong International Leadership College to study Worship Music, focusing on Vocals. I will be packing up my life into a few suitcases, and moving to Sydney, Australia in January of 2018.
I AM SO EXCITED.

I decided to apply to come to Hillsong College to be challenged mentally and spiritually, and to be equipped for ministry. I am seeking to strengthen my faith and to refocus my mind, and my heart on relentlessly pursuing an active relationship with my Maker. I want to be surrounded by people with the same desires, and the same passion for following Jesus, authentically and intentionally.

Somewhere along the way throughout these past few years, I lost myself in the people around me. I let myself create my own definition of what love should look like, and I let that define the way that I lived my life. I planned my future around the people who I surrounded myself with and the lifestyle that we were living; a lifestyle that ultimately wasn't reflective of who I am, nor did it show what the true intentions of my heart are. I have been on a journey of redefining love, and what it's meant to me which lead me to searching for true love within the Creator of love Himself. I have stopped trying to plan out my future entirely on my own, and I have simply started listening to His voice.

I discovered Hillsong College while I was still in high school. Moving to Australia seemed too big and impossible, and I gave up on the idea of pursuing a degree in ministry altogether. Upon graduating from high school, I took what I thought was the "safe route," and I attended California University of Pennsylvania to major in Social Work. However, after just one semester, I was overwhelmed with the realization that I wasn't living the life that I was created to live. Now, in my second semester of college, I am happily saying "YES" to following God wholeheartedly. God has been so immensely good to me throughout this journey, and I am continuously blown away but His love and grace. SERIOUSLY Y'ALL HE'S SO GOOD.

I am currently finishing out this semester, and then I will be withdrawing from my current university to allow myself to work full-time at one job, and part-time at another. I plan to work as much as possible until it is time for me to say goodbye, and move nine thousand miles away from home. I will be doing my absolute best to save enough money, however, the road to Hillsong College is not easy, nor is it inexpensive.
The time that I will be living in Australia is indefinite. I will be there for at least a year, but more than likely, God willing, my time there will be extended.
