Send Talia to Disney world

Talia was born with a congenital heart disease. She's had a total of 7 surgeries, 3 of which were open heart. We've been waiting to qualify for the biggest surgery yet, her Fontan, for years and it is finally upon us. This August, Talia will be having her Fontan surgery at Children's hospital. It was a sudden decision only made last month and not much planning or saving was done on my end, but before her surgery I would love to take her on the trip of her life. If anyone deserves an adventure, it would be Talia. It would also allow family be able to be a part of these magical moments before a really difficult time in our lives. It would mean so much for my little one for her dreams come true before embarking on an unknown journey of surgery and recovery.
