HAPPY FRIDAY! (everyday is a “Happy Friday”)
To all that read this… Hi!! I am Natalie Wojnar and I am reaching out for your help!
On March 6th, my mom will be with my old ice-skating coach and longtime friend, Frank Singley, while he gets his full hip replacement surgery. This procedure has a long recovery time and a long rehab process. Frank’s entire life and being is ice skating and his students, both past and present. Coaching and teaching are his whole life and his only source of income. With the uncertainty of this recovery process and having no source of income, I want to help Frank in any way possible. His heart is skating and not being able to be on the ice is already painful enough for him. I do not want him to face the fear of losing his home. In only the few weeks he has had to prepare for this, he has done everything in his power to find financial assistance and is working on finding an added source of income following his recovery.
Frank has been apart of my life since I was 7 years old, and still 13 years later our friendship is as strong as ever.Frank is one of the most creative, joyful, loving people I have ever known. He brings so much happiness both on and off the ice. Even though I no longer skate, I still feel that same love and joy every time I see him. Being around him is pure sunshine. He has been an inspiration my whole life, his laughter and spirit are magical and that is something I do not want him to lose. I wish everyone reading this could experience the pure happiness that exudes from being in Frank’s presence, you will always be smiling when around him.
My family is doing what we can to help him, but it is not enough. The financial support Frank needs is greater than what we can provide. I am asking for everyone to help in any way they can. Every dollar would mean the world to him and show all of our love for Frank.
Donations will be used towards Frank’s rent, utilities, groceries, and remaining medical expenses for about 6 months. Hopefully 6 months will be enough time for a full recovery and an additional source of income secured.
Lets send some sunshine Frank’s way and join together to give back all the love and happiness Frank has given to the world!
