Well friends the time has come to make that hard decision to let my beloved Suki go to doggie heaven. Her health was getting better and she was eating again from her vet visit back in May while were still in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, recently those same symptoms before came back and she's refusing to eat again and has gotten worst. I have to do the right thing and let her go so she is no longer suffering.
So I am asking again for a little help to send her to heaven and receive her ashes. Suki has met many of you and has loved on you as well as became friends with your pups: Boss, Pinot, Gingie, Ryder aka Pig, Minnie and Teddy, Sunny, the pups of the Angle household, the pups of the Hays household.....just to name a few pups through the years. If you were human and got to know you, she will cuddle with you always.
The Story of Suki:
Suki came into my life 13 years ago after my Himalayan cat Chasity passed away. At that time I was going through my divorce and readjusting my life. I was searching for a dog and came across her listing at the Lake Norman Animal Rescue, contacted her foster mom and set up the meet and greet. That night I met her, I held her, she looked at me and licked my face, she had already chosen. Little did I know then that she saved my life in so many ways. Going through the transition of divorce was hard but she brought out my nurturing ways and showed me unconditional love and companionship. We have gone on trips together, moved cross country, been through hardships and good times, brought me out of my darkest times, we were homeless together, and she took it in stride and reminded me everything will be ok no matter what. Her endless love will always remind me to keep loving no matter how hard things get.
Thank you in advance to everyone for helping with this and Suki loves you all.
