As many of you already know, I am a widowed, disabled mother of 2 just trying to make it, and most of the time, we are fine. Sofia has an opportunity to go to Indianapolis with her band and compete. This competition is mandatory for her to keep her place in the top band. Sofia works so hard and is so deserving of this trip. Unfortunately, the timing is just horrible. We are currently in the process of moving back out on our own since I had my accident, and that's taking all of our extra money. We received $400 in financial assistance, and I have already put $200 down as well. I've received a few donations already, so all we need to raise is $697.00.
