Please help send West Chester University student Shannon McNames to the University Worlds in Chinese Tapei (Taiwan)! Due to the location and the fact that is self-funded we need your help

Shannon McNames is a 48kg Olympic Weightlifter who lifts for West Chester Weightlifting. She's been lifting competitively for a little over a year and is now blessed with the opportunity to represent Team USA at the University World Games this summer. Previously she was first alternate to both the 2016 University World Games and the 2017 Junior Pan American Games. She was invited to train with Team USA at the Olympic Training Center this past summer.

It is Shannon's dream to represent Team USA through Olympic Weightlifting. All money raised will first go to Shannon's trip, if enough money is raised I (Ryan, head coach of West Chester Weightlifting) will also attend to support Shannon in her first international competition.
