Send Sam To Mayo

Sam has been struggling with multiple health issues for several years which have now become disabling health issues. Mayo Clinic Rochester has accepted his medical records and interview with both his PCP and himself as something they feel they can diagnose and treat. Sam needs their help.

This first trip is on 03.01.2022, and will be 7-10 days long maybe 14 days. Based on my experience, he will require multiple return trips.

Sammy has many friends that do not know about his health until this post, and still can not do anything to help except by maybe this fundraiser.
