Send Rufus Jackson Home with Dignity

My name is Gwendolyn Goodson and I am the sister of Rufus Jackson. I am pleading to everyone who has a heart of love and compassion to help me pay for my brother's funeral expenses. Rufus was born and raised in Locust Valley, New York and after high school graduation he enlisted in the USS Navy and it turned out to be his niche in life. He really enjoyed it so much that he reenlisted serving another term on the USS Guam. He didn’t realize when he was discharged that he was going to carry the biggest burden of his life as being diagnosed with PTSD. Unfortunately, no one knew how to properly treat PTSD and it made him distant himself from his family and friends because he didn’t know what else he could do.

Now, he had passed away and we would like to put him in final resting place with comrades that also served when he had the best time of his life and are now also in a military cemetery.
