Send Reece to Bowling Green

Our son Reece is a very bright 9 year old who decided at the age of 7 he will be an engineer some day. He currently is reading at a high school level and is off the charts in many other subjects. His dad and I often joke he's an adult stuck in a child's body, he's so smart and mature. He's fun and challenging to raise.
Because of these things he has been nominated by his 3rd grade teacher to attend the National Youth Leadership Forum: Pathways to STEM (Science Techology English Math), an envision program that is being held at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Oh this summer, 2017.
Reece was selected because his teacher recognizes him as a student who already demonstrates exceptional maturity, scholastic merit, and leadership potential.
In this program the students will be spending 6 days and 5 nights "summer camp" style, at the University, participating in lots of hands-on workshops focused on communication, critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and goal-setting.
We are so incredibly proud of Reece and what he's accomplished already in his life. He has a strong desire to attend NYLF so he has begun "campaigning" and doing the foot-work, if you will, door-to-door, expressing how this will benefit him in the long run and why he's so passionate about it.
