This conference is just a few weeks away. Lots to plan for. It's going to be a packed time and I am really looking forward to it!

(Here's what it was about)

I want to attend the Global Specialty Lens Symposium in Las Vegas, January 24-27 on behalf of the Dry Eye Foundation and am looking for help to cover my airfare and hotel.

Here's why I want to attend:

I know or have known many of the doctors who will be speaking and want the opportunity to reconnect with them!

I want to meet more doctors!

I want to attend as many courses as possible to learn about trends in the usage and fitting of scleral lenses for people with a variety of types of corneal diseases so that I can report back to the scleral lens community, and incorporate things learned in resources we want to prepare for patients!

I want to have as many conversations as possible with doctors who are fitting scleral lenses to talk with them about some of our unique needs and issues!

I want to talk with manufacturers about their latest developments!

I want to connect with the Scleral Lens Education Society o/b/o patients!

Here's what I expect the costs to be:
$600 hotel (staying at the conference venue to maximize time with participants)
$200 airfare
$200 food & incidentals

Thank you for considering helping me get to Vegas… which is, incidentally, officially the worst city in the US for people with dry eye :)
