Send PNW Circle K to CKI International Convention
Donation protected
Circle K International is one of the largest multi-national collegiate service organizations. The organization includes clubs at universities across the world, and is split into districts and divisions.
Our team comes from the Pacific Northwest District of Circle K International, which includes universities and community colleges in Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and Western Canada. Our district is dedicated to the three tenets of Circle K: service, leadership, and fellowship.
We participate in volunteer service outreach, we build our leadership abilities, and promote a community of service-minded individuals that seek to improve our towns, cities, states, and nations.
The international organization is hosting their annual 2019 CKIx, an international convention dedicated to bringing together college students from around the world to learn, educate, and improve. CKIx is to be held at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL from June 26-29, 2019. Our district wants to be able to send our Executive Board to CKIx to ultimately bring back valuable lessons, skills, and education that will improve our district for the better. For more info on CKIx, visit https://www.circlek.org/ckix
Our district executive board manages over 400 Circle K members across more than 13 universities throughout the Pacific Northwest. We are responsible for membership retention, recruitment, bylaws, event planning, and social excellence for each club.
While this convention is full of amazing opportunities for our members, it is also expensive. When calculating the running total per person, it is estimated to cost $1,500 per person. This cost includes: convention fees, flight travel, housing, food, materials, park tickets and excursions. We want to send our board to learn from this amazing experience that is truly once-in-a-lifetime.
We would be so grateful if you gave us the opportunity to participate in this amazing international event. We want to be able to grow and improve our district, and with this international experience, we will be able to bring our members to new heights as a stronger collegiate service organization.
If you become a donor to our cause, we will send you tons of photos, videos, and updates on all the work we'll be doing in Orlando! We'd love for you to become a part of this experience with us. For more info on PNW Circle K, visit http://www.pnw-cki.org/
