To know the Lavery Family is to want the very best for them. As friends of their family, we are raising funds to help John and Kelly Lavery as they seek urgent medical care for their twenty-year old daughter, Peyton. For most of Peyton's life she has suffered rare, debilitating symptoms while doctors have struggled to find answers. These symptoms have continued to greatly reduce Peyton’s quality of life. In an ongoing search for help, Peyton has recently been diagnosed with a heart condition called Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and Dysautonomia. As a result, she has difficulty completing everyday tasks and has ended up primarily bed-bound.
Peyton has been accepted into an outpatient clinic in Michigan; one of the only of it's kind in the world. She will be under the care of a medical team specifically trained to treat patients with her diagnosis. We are hoping the outcome is life-changing for Peyton.
The cost of attending is $5,000USD per week. We are looking to raise $15,000 to help the Lavery's with the cost of treatment, flights and other medical expenses to be assumed with she arrives home.
The Lavery's are always so generous to help others, it's an honour to now be able to help them.
