My love for makeup started when my mom put me in a makeup chair to do my first crazy Halloween costume. My mother turned me into a broken baby doll, I was obsessed. I forced myself to stay in character all night, I Barely blinked, and the lack of blinking made my eyes water everywhere. I loved that look and how it made me feel. I loved how makeup completely transformed me into something I wanted to be.

I remember the first time I did makeup on other people, and I was never happier. It was for my school play in 6th grade. I got to transform people into vampires and angels and wolfs. I prepared weeks in advance and drew out each makeup look I would do on somebody, and doing everyone’s makeup made me so happy. I got my first eyeshadow pallet on Christmas 2020, and ever since then, I have done makeup every single day, trying to improve my skills so one day I could make somebody feel as happy as I did the first time I sat in a makeup chair. I adore doing makeup.

If I could do nothing but make up all day long, every day, I would because it makes me so happy. My dream is to do makeup for movies, and I hope people see my stuff on the screen or in a magazine and be shocked by my talent. I am working hard to make my dream come true because it makes me so ecstatic!

Cinema makeup school will give me the education and tools I need to get my start in film makeup. Donating money will help me attend their summer bootcamp so I can be trained in special effects makeup! Thank you for supporting me in my dreams!!
