Send Paris to the British American Drama Academy
Donation protected
I have been blessed and gifted with the opportunity to study abroad at the British American Drama Academy’s Midsummer at Oxford this summer! Attending this program has been a DREAM of mine for a while now and I cannot let this opportunity pass. Therefore I am reaching out to my network to ask for your assistance. Although I’ve been awarded a small scholarship, it is not enough to cover the total cost of the program (accommodations, tuition, airfare). With your help I will be able to further my theater training in OXFORD, ENGLAND in a 4 week long intensive that emphasizes on Shakespeare.
A little bit about me:
My name is Paris Weeden, I am a graduate of Howard University and a more recent graduate of the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. It has been my dream to be an actor literally all of my life and I am blessed to be stepping into my purpose. Recent credits include Funnyhouse of a Negro (Lenfest Center for the Arts), The Death of the Last Black Man on Earth (LFCA), The Crucible (Stella Adler Studio of Acting), In Arabia We'd All Be Kings (Stella Adler) and Eastern Standard (Stella Adler).
A little bit about the program:
The British American Drama Academy Midsummer at Oxford program is a 4 week long summer acting intensive in association with the Yale School of Drama. Participants will gain a rigorous well-rounded training using British acting techniques with an emphasis on Shakespeare and also working on Modern texts.

I appreciate any and all support. If you are unable to donate any money at this time, sharing this page is just as supportive! Just think, if 2,500 people were to give $2, I would be set! Please share!
Being able to study and train at the British American Drama Academy’s Midsummer at Oxford program will be a HUGE opportunity and will take my training to another level. I thank you all in advance and will be thanking you even more for helping to support the dream as I continue to walk boldly in my purpose.
If you would like to see some of my work I have a performance coming up on 5/4 and 5/5 in NYC. It is a production of “The Colored Museum” by George C. Wolfe. Tickets are FREE! Let me know if you are interested in coming out! I will send all of the details.
If you would rather Venmo me, my handle is @Paris-Weeden
Humbly and gratefully,
Paris
