Envision Academy of Arts and Technology (EA) is a tuition-free public charter high school in Oakland, dedicated to transforming students’ lives by preparing them for success in college and in life. Envision Academy offers students a rigorous academic experience and a diverse, compassionate community in which to grow. Our students are inspired and empowered to be leaders in their high school education and their communities. The students at Envision Academy are historically underserved; most of our student population is low-income and qualifies for Free and Reduced Lunch. Our school has a strong college-heading culture and nearly all of our students go on to attend college, even though most of them are the first in their families to do so.

This year, the Senior Class is planning a trip to the Marin Headlands to engage in community building while learning about the environment and experiencing the outdoors. We are partnering with a non-profit hostel and educational group which will provide students with hands-on science education. 

Where your donations will go:

Getting up to Marin from Oakland is no small feat for 100+ students and chaperones. All of the money raised will go towards transportation. While the total amount for buses is more than we are asking, your donations will greatly offset the cost.

Donations are needed as soon as possible because we are taking this trip within the first two weeks of the semester.
