T-wave Tronics for Orlando, Florida
Donation protected
Valley View Adventist Academy (VVAA) has been a part of the Arroyo Grande community for over 100 years. VVAA is a Kindergarten through 8th grade school located near the top of the hill above the Arroyo Grande Community and Woman’s Center. Our school prides itself on our socio-economic and cultural diversities as well as offering students a warm and caring environment for kids to flourish.
VVAA offers LEGO Robotics to students in grades 5-8 through the FIRST LEGO League (https://www.adventistrobotics.net/). This program gives students the platform to develop, design, build, and code LEGO robots that navigate missions of a robot game and develop an innovation project solution to a real-world problem.
This year, VVAA’s LEGO Robotics team (T-Wave Tronics) came in 2nd place overall and 1st for Robot Design in the regional competition, qualifying us to go to nationals in Orlando, Florida. On May 4, 2025, students from all across the nation will gather in Orlando to compete for the national title. As you can imagine, the students and our dedicated coaches are thrilled at this opportunity. We need your support to make this dream a reality for this wonderful group of kids.
This letter is to request a donation for our LEGO Robotics Trip to Orlando, Florida. Your donation is sincerely appreciated. Thank you!
Please contact our school Valley View Adventist Academy, if you have any questions or comments.
Sincerely,
T-Wave Tronics Team
